"Church choirs, bell ringers, signing the register, stained glass windows, etc. all form part of the overall captured scene."

The church service (or registry ceremony) is beautifully filmed with dignity the occasion demands. Camera 1 will be at the front of the church and camera 2 at the back (subject to ministerial or registrar approval) thus - the back camera will film the bride entering the church on her father's arm and proceeding down the aisle. Half way down they will be picked up by the front camera for their arrival to join the groom and best man.

One of the most comprehensive wedding video productions in the country. Filmed with two cameras and two operators and starting about two hours before the church service (or registry office) it then continues almost uninterrupted throughout the day until the bride and groom leave the reception up to a maximum time of 12:30 a.m.

Camera 1 will be with the bride and bridesmaids in the morning while camera 2 will be with the groom and best man - the pictures continually switching from one location to the other to keep abreast of what is happening at both homes.

Church choir, bell ringers, signing the registers, stained glass windows, etc. all form part of the overall captured scene. The cameras (mounted on tripods) are usually some distance from the couple but are still able to obtain dignified close-ups, for instance putting on the rings. Filming is never obtrusive or worrying to the bride and groom or in any way 'gimmicky' during this sober time. (It must be mentioned, however, that couples marrying in very small churches and chapels can be in close proximity to the camera but the camera operative remains as still as possible so as not to distract from the proceedings). Church sounds of music and voices are not interrupted by switching of cameras and continues smoothly throughout the ceremony.

Coverage continues with scenes of the photographs being taken with concentration on those activities usually missed by the bride and groom. Small and often amusing items are caught during this period but the essential inclusion of throwing the confetti is never missed.

Full coverage at the reception of the couple and their families welcoming their guests followed by the speeches and cutting the cake. The speeches are filmed with two cameras - one on the speaker the other pointing the other way- to pick up responses. Overall views of the reception area with many charming close-up studies of families and friends.

The evening starts with the bride and groom's first dance followed by many views of the overall scene and general atmosphere. Many amusing and memorable items are caught on camera, not least some amazing dances never seen before. A certain amount of special effects are post-edited in the evenings filming but these are not overdone. The couples departure from the reception concludes the main part of the video.

Several additional options are offered which are explained when the bride and groom meet us and be shown footage of some of our past weddings and for general discussion. Our approach to all weddings and our compilation of the wedding video is based on the paramount importance to us of the bride and groom on their wedding day and all our activity during that day is directed to their wishes and their eventual enjoyment, for a life-time we hope, of their wedding video. For this and other reasons the company would not wish to cover any wedding without first meeting the bride and groom.

This comprehensive and sophisticated production can involve the company in over 50 hours of filming, editing and other work which is a considerable undertaking. The length of the video for this coverage ranges from 2¼ to 2¾ hours - sometimes up to three hours and over depending on the length of the church service and speeches - and offers the bride and groom something very near to a full feature film of their wedding day.

The company always use tripods for steady pictures unless it is impractical to do so such as very confined locations, however, the use of shoulder mounted cameras with their in-built picture stabilizers ensure minimum camera movement for static shots and smooth movement for panning shots.  Full coverage at the reception of the couple and their families welcoming their guests followed by the speeches and cutting the cake.
